Order Form

This isn't really an orderform, but here's how it works. For custom stamps, we have found that ordering over the internet can be inefficient, as there can be lots of back and fourth correspondance regarding prices, sizes etc. before the order can even be placed. We wont know what to charge until we know exactly what it is you are ordering. Now you can order stock items such as tags etc, by clicking the online ordering tab on the home page, or by visiting the online store directly at microstamp.us

If you are ordering a custom made stamp, you will first need to send us your design and size requirements for us to quote you a price, then if you want to order after getting a price, please call us at the numbers above to place your order, or we can assist you in ordering on line at that time. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card for payment. If you prefer to send check or money order, do not send any money until you have gotten a total amount from us including your shipping rate and any tax that may apply.

For custom stamps, our current manufacturing time before shipping is approximately 3-4weeks.

If you do have artwork, send it to us as an e-mail attachment preferably as a JPEG, TIFF, GIF or PDFformat, along with your size requirements and the type of stamp you need, (for inside of rings, flat surfaces, stamp for tags, etc.) with your name and phone number and we will get back to you with a price quote. Depending on the amount of backlog we have, it may take a couple days to get a quote, so please be patient. Normally, you should get a response within 24 hours. Please do not send your image as a Word document as this can and often does cause substantial delays. If you only have Word, save your document as a PDF and email that to us, or fax the image to us at 626-793-9491

If at all possible, send the artwork about 10 times larger than the actual size that you need. (i.e. if you want a 2mm stamp with your logo, try to send us 2cm artwork. Or somewhere in that area, just dont send it actual size) Thank you very much!
